Change Management

Change management consulting services include: change vision, strategy, leadership, engagement, communications, individual and organizational performance, and measurement.

  • Ensuring change strategy is aligned with the envisioned “future state” of the organization.
  • Defining measurable targets for the change and enabling collaboration across the organization so that vision and strategy of the “future state” is a collective one.
  • Supporting leaders in creating a change vision, gaining a commitment to change goals and leading their people through change.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and communications; making clear the “what, why, when and how” of change, who is impacted, what is expected, how to get involved and remove obstacles to change.
  • Identifying the impact of change on the definition, measurement, motivation, and management of employees’ performance and ensuring that reward programs support the overall strategic objectives of the change program.
  • Supporting business process redesign; mapping changed business processes to roles; ensuring people and processes are mapped so that the “future state” can be achieved.
  • Assessing business readiness and measuring change. Tracking progress to the “future state” and monitoring whether the people and organization have the resources and support required to ensure the benefits of the change are delivered over the longer-term. 

 

Client Engagement

Provided change leadership services to learning and organizational development department for implementation of Oracle Taleo Learn (OTL) learning management system. Designed and directed organizational change readiness assessment and stakeholder analysis; created business case and project charters; guided the development of communication strategy and plan using a variety of channels and methods to build awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and commitment to support change; defined and monitored metrics on stakeholder and end-user adoption; evaluated ongoing performance against goals.
