Jo Anne is an Individual and Organizational Transformation consultant. She brings over 20 years of professional experience to every client engagement, including senior management and consulting positions within the academic, nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She is a knowledge expert in the areas of organizational strategy, performance, leadership, learning & change. She has consulted with over 75 clients on organizational development initiatives.

 

Jo Anne has a MA in Organizational Development and a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from the Fielding Graduate University. She completed her BA in International Relations at San Francisco State University.

She is a committed advocate for social justice, environmental preservation, and health and human services. Jo Anne was a founding advisory board member of Businesses for Social Responsibility, and has worked with many of its members. She has led educational expeditions through the Brazilian rainforest to benefit environmental non-profits, facilitated health education programs for the Marin County California Department of Health and Human Services, and has been a dedicated volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She has also provided pro bono learning and development consulting services to non-profit organizations through the Association for Talent Development’s Community Outreach Program.  

Jo Anne lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. When she isn't volunteering or transforming organizations, she can be found hiking on Mount Tamalpais with her dog Hank, attending music festivals, retreating to the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, spending time with friends and family, exercising random acts of kindness, or simply contemplating how to change the world.
