Leadership Development

Depending on the needs of the organization, group or individual, leadership development programs focus on:

  • skill development (decision-making, problem solving, negotiation, coaching, cross-cultural sensitivity, stress management)

Leadership development programs incorporate a variety of learning strategies and methods. Approaches include the use of assessments, growth labs, simulations, scenario planning, physical challenges, seminars, case studies, interim assignments, issue or strategy based projects, job rotations, task forces, mentoring, coaching and external extra-curricular activities.


Client Engagement

Partnered with distinguished Haas Business School, INSEAD, Stanford and London School of Business faculty on design of custom leadership development programs. Co-led the redesign of the 4-week, $25K, Berkeley Executive Leadership Series. Curricula included the leader’s mindset, strategic execution, leading change and driving innovation.
