Balanced Scorecard
The Balanced Scorecard is a powerful change framework for translating organizational strategy into clear and understandable objectives that drive behavior and performance. The approach starts with a review of organizational vision, mission, values and strategy. Objectives, measures, targets and initiatives are then developed from four balanced views including customer/community, operational, employee, and financial perspectives.

Client Engagement
Consulted with the Executive Director of the University of California - San Francisco, Clinical and Translational Science Institute. Facilitated strategic planning and led adoption of the balanced scorecard methodology. Implemented a performance management technology system to ensure organizational alignment and demonstrate impact across eleven CTSI physician-led programs. Supported the successful renewal of a 5-year, $125 million grant by the National Institutes of Health.
